Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return. Please note:
- -Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- -Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- -Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- -The item is defective or damaged.
- -You receive the wrong product.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging (if applicable) in your email to info@joilepieds.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following items cannot be returned:
- -Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- -Custom or personalized items.
- -Opened personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
- -Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Important: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
